Therapy

Do you or your child feel panicky, scared, and overwhelmed trying to safely manage food allergies?

Does it feel like food allergies are controlling your life?

Do others have trouble understanding you or your child’s fears or what it takes to stay safe?

Are you feeling left out, excluded, or even bullied due to food allergies?

Do traumatic experiences related to severe food allergies seem to follow you wherever you go?

It’s possible to feel confident and safe while managing food allergies and related medical needs. Together we can build a custom toolbox of knowledge, support, resources, and skills to help you move toward a life of less worry and more joy. In a safe, supportive, and understanding environment, we’ll learn how your experiences have impacted you, and how to utilize research-based practices to address your specific needs. I’ll help you set short- and long-term goals to move toward the life you want to create, not one dictated by food allergies.
